REO America keeps certified property managers on staff to supervise local managers of income producing properties. We primarily service small to mid-sized projects including apartment complexes, retail centers, shopping centers, office buildings, and light industrial properties.
Our main office provides the strategies, budgeting, accounting, approvals, and high level oversight of the projects. Our on-site managers focus on the day-to-day operations of the project. This structure ensures that our clients receive the best use of each team member's talents. In more traditional property management firms the budgeting and strategy are pushed down to the local managers who typically have little training in these areas and may not understand the bigger scope of the project. We keep these critical aspects with the executives who know how to make a project work. Furthermore, this allows our on-site partners to do what they do best - daily operations.
REO America manages properties across the country; our structure does not limit us geographically. Our in-house asset managers keep close supervision of our on-site partners through constant communication and periodic visits. Also, we structure our deals with local managers such that it is in their best interest to optimize the net operating income of a project.
We have had great success in our property management division. Given our other services, we excel at turn-around properties. Again, we provide these services for our own account as well as clients, so our clients know that we are always in their shoes.
